APS (All Purpose Service) is Lao Licensed Company with a French Technical Director who works since 1997 in Laos in the same service activity; all documents and authorization have been registered and approved by Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Commerce.
APS’s Manager, Jean-Philippe RAFFY, had worked for G.S.L. as Technical Director from November 1997 to the 14 January 2014, before G.S.L. Close Definitely. Consequently, Jean-Philippe decided to open his own company APS, to give opportunity to his certified and qualified team to continue all services that we done during too many years and give more satisfaction to customers.

Pest Management Department:
APS insects Treatment are using W.H.O authorized products, bio rodent control, professional materials and engine with respective PPE, following safety work precautions and procedure. We are specialized in pest management, as control and treatment against insects such as Termites, Mosquitoes, Ants, Cockroaches, Mice and Rats, Bees, Snakes, etc... As well for agricultural purpose.
Cleaning Department:
APS provides a wide range of residential, bank, commercial and industrial cleaning services. First big cleaning to maintenance cleaning, one job only for floor, windows, wax floor, marble, granite, etc…
Fumigation Department:
APS offer fumigation treatment for exported wood packaging products and consignments. We offer the high quality of fumigation control for warehouse and food commodity against insects and pests (PH3) or (MB). APS fumigation follows ISPM-15 and AQIS standard IPPC regulation. (Methyl Bromide) LA-005.
